Every time I'm in Courtenay, I choose this place. the venue is tidy and the staff is friendly. the rooms are nicely decorated with great beds. It's great to have a safe, iron, and electronic key card in the room.

Everything was fine, clean hotel, marvellous location near to everything. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a microwave, climate control and an individual safe in the standard queen room. The bathroom had a bath, which was great. Location: the venue was near to the casino and the airport. Tried some takeout specials at Noodlebox, luckily it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue;))

Cozy Spot with Great Amenities 🌟
Had a blast exploring around here – so much to see and do and we were right in the center of it all. Our room was the perfect size, not too big, not too small, just right. Loved the modern vibes and having the convenience of a fridge and microwave made everything easier for us.

the breakfast exceeded my expectations - excellent selection, especially loved the little omlettes and cinnamon buns! the front desk staff was outstanding, warm, welcoming, and professional. the modern room offered great comfort and amenities. highly recommend this hotel.
